Judgement Yard and David House To Perform Together For The First Time In North America

Bless up Humboldt County!

Judgement Yard & David House are coming to bless up the Eureka Municipal Auditorium. The ‘Muni’ will be transformed into a Jamaican stage show rounded out with local and international artists.

Representing For Judgement Yard are Joseph Shepherd, Congo Judah, Bobo David, and John Marcus. These four youths, coming from Sizzla Kalonji’s Judgement Yard, bring talent straight from the Kingston Yard. While Shepherd, Judah, and David mash up the dancehall, The sounds of Caveman Sound. Yes, Caveman Sound straight from the Sizzla camp. Mad dancehall beats with dub plate after dub plate. Caveman Sound owns more Sizzla dub plates than any other Sound. They will play original cut after cut, and will have the dance floor shakin’. Fire is burnin’ so hot.

As far as John Marcus, he is the big man behind Chop Chop Productions. Chop Chop is the producer responsible for recording all of the artistes in Judgement Yard. John Marcus will be the emcee for the evening and who better to introduce Judgement Yard and hype up the crowd than one of Judgement Yard's own?

All of the artists performing have recorded for Chop Chop’s label including Capleton, so it’s a family affair.

Capleton’s ‘David House’ will be represented by none other than, Capleton himself, aka the Fiyah Man... the' Prophet... King Shango.  Along with Capleton is  Prophecy Band. Prophecy Band is the driving musical force backing Capleton.  They are an integral part of David House and support Capleton in all international markets.

Also for David House, Jah Thunder comes to the Humboldt stage. Talent flows in his family, being the cousin of Capleton. This artist from David House Crew has a booming voice, and a striking live performance.  Don’t miss Jah Thunder!

Stevie Culture blesses the Humboldt stage blazin’ fire, smooth riddims, fire burn with Stevie Culture’s dancehall beats and modern roots going out to the Humboldt reggae massive. Stevie Culture is very talented with the nyabinghi, laying down beats to vibrate the auditorium.  Yeah, Madness wi ah deal wid July 7...Be there!

Moese Angel has a heavy DJ style combined with conscious Rastafarian chants.  At the same time, he brings elements of hip hop, jazz, and blues to the Humble Jam Stage. Moese Angel, nephew of Junior Marvin, has music in his blood, and burns hot live. If you haven’t seen him perform, now’s your chance.  Bless up!

Ishi Dube, Humboldt raised vocalist, is a master of shifting from roots to lover's rock to singjay and on to dancehall. Don’t miss Ishi’s positive message and genuine roots delivered to the Humboldt massive.

This show is a must see for all reggae music fans living on the West Coast or those planning to be in that area as it is a Rasta affair in the utmost sense of the word.

If you want to dance and move, the Humboldt Humble Jam will have it locked on July 7.
Although California and the West Coast have seen stage shows with many artistes, when Judgement Yard and David House pass through Humboldt County together this summer, it will be a first for the history books.  Don’t miss it! California has yet to experience the kind of fire that Judgement Yard and David House will be burning this summer.

Check out this video, filmed in Kingston Jamaica.   Fiyah Man, Capleton burns the fire preparing for California and The Humboldt Humble Jam.
